Service Agreement
We are not strangers to turbulent, extreme weather here in Chicago. We have experienced a range of weather from bitter cold to hot and humid summers. It is for this reason that you should obtain a heating and air conditioning unit that will stay reliable and work effectively during Chicago’s seasonal elements.
Maintenance is an integral part of this process. At Elite HVACs Heating & Air, we service all makes and models of electric and gas equipment. When you take advantage of our maintenance agreement you will not only be protecting your investment, you will also be keeping your utility bills low and have access to other perks.
Our residential service agreement offers many benefits such as scheduling your maintenance, offering discounts on any repairs needed, and priority service, where we place your call ahead of others.
When you have a maintenance agreement, it will often cost less than requiring an emergency service call. Our goal at Elite HVACS Heating & Air is to ensure that our customers experience the comfort that they can rely on by catching problems before they cause a system crash.
The Basic Elite Plan Option
We make it a priority to do a detailed inspection twice a year to ensure that your system is in prime operating condition. Our Elite Basic Plan covers all the associated labor. However, keep in mind that the needed parts are not included. When you make service calls for emergency service, they are placed on priority status over other calls but kept at our standard service rates.
Note: All air conditioning maintenance visitations must be scheduled by the end of June, and all heating maintenance visitations must be scheduled by the end of November. If not done, customers will have forfeited the offered inspection.
The Elite Plus Plan Option
In addition to all the perks that come with our Elite Basic Plan, the Elite Plus plan also covers the expenses for repair and diagnostic work for emergency service calls all year long. However, keep in mind that any needed equipment is not included in this coverage.
Note: Labor coverage included is diagnostic labor and additionally some repair labor. Although labor to replace heat exchangers, indoor coils, or compressors is not included, we do offer a 25 percent discount on these services, with the parts not covered.
